Collab Industry is looking for motivated, passionate and dedicated dancers to join our new concepts for the 2026/2027 season. Whether you are looking to develop your skills, gain industry experience, train consistently, or perform on stage, this is your opportunity to become part of the Collab Industry family.

Collab Industry Company
For advanced dancers who are ready to train, create, perform, and represent Collab Industry in professional projects, performances, and creative productions.

Collab Academy (Talents 12-15 years)
For young talents who are eager to develop their technique, performance quality, confidence, creativity, and teamwork in a professional and inspiring environment.

Collab Academy ((Young) Adults 16+)
For motivated dancers who want to grow their skills, gain industry insight, build their portfolio and network, and experience what it feels like to train and rehearse in a professional setting.

Junior Team (14-17yrs)
A competition and performance team for talented dancers from the age of 14-17yrs old. Team members will participate in competitions throughout the Netherlands and perform as part of the Collab Industry family while receiving coaching and choreography from Tahnee Masela and an additional coach.

*The Junior Team auditions will take place simultaneously with the Academy auditions. If you are auditioning for the Academy and are interested in being considered for the Junior Team as well, you can indicate this in the audition form. Additional information about the Junior Team can be found in the information sheets attached.

Audition Process
Auditions are by invitation only.
To be considered, dancers must complete the appropriate audition submission form. Based on the submitted information, selected dancers will receive an invitation to attend the live audition on July 18, 2026.
