There is a minimum age of 16 to the event. Be prepared and bring your ID
Due to this intensive training experience, we recommend everyone to take enough rest before the event starts. You are allowed to bring your air mattress to the location for power naps in between classes.
Make sure to bring enough food and drinks to the event. Alcoholic drinks are allowed through the event and druing class (drink responsible). Drugs are forbidden.
